When Forney native, Suzanne Duvall, decided to open a Residential Care Home in collaboration with her medical contacts, they collectively changed the landscape of senior & group home housing in their local market, bringing a direct, customized approached to senior housing with their shared care home model.
Their unique model, the shared care home, allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to live their most comfortable lifestyle with access to care that’s available when they need it. The shared care home can hold up to 4 individuals.
The CLCH Team has over 50 years combined experience in nursing and business administration. They take a hands on approach to healthcare, management and administration.
With a love for people, and a passion for helping others, the three are not just owners, but also operators — making sure that their residents receive the highest quality care from each staff member.
